In this position, you would have an emphasis on the daily accounting functions of Accounts Receivable and Payable as well as supporting Customer Service.

80% Daily Accounting Functions of Customer billing, maintaining customer accounts and collections Post customer payments and complete daily bank deposits Maintain terminal spreadsheets of outbound salt loads, delivery information and handling fees Receive inbound inventory, transportation and non-inventory purchase orders Review and entry of accounts payable invoices Maintain vendor accounts and address vendor inquiries related to invoicing and payment questions Reconcile monthly vendor statements Collate supporting documentation for check runs; assure disbursements are exact Maintain tax documents pertaining to both AR and AP Complete other assigned projects for accounting manager Experience with McLeod, Quickbooks and SAP software is beneficial.
20% Daily Customer Service Functions of Building memorable relationships with customers using empathy Create and maintain customer profile accounts Enter customer orders Purchasing drop ship inventory to match customer orders.
