Job Description:
Production Planner is responsible for providing a pump
repair
quotation and delivery of a clean and complete order to operations. The Production Planner services as the primary interface between sales and operations and is responsible for project managing all activities in support of our aftermarket portfolio. This positions reports to the General Manager, located at our West Chicago, IL facility.
Accountabilities:
Determine condition of components from DCI documentation.
Provide a quote to the customer using the necessary quoting tools and standard templates.
Interpret customer purchase order in accordance to our internal contract review process.
Release repair scope and routers to the operations floor after customer approval.
Plan and monitor workload activity and optimize resources as necessary, ensuring customer expectations are met.
Ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures.
Coordinate and interface with sales, operations, engineers and customers, as necessary.
Exhibit behavior that contributes toward an environment that encourages teambuilding, decision-making, problem solving and continuous improvements.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of pump experience or comparable experience within the aftermarket/end-user organization.
Attention to detail and process oriented mindset with results-driven background.
BSME degree, high school diploma, or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills, able to problem-solve and prioritize work assignments.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
