SENIOR HRIS ANALYST
Reporting to the Director, HR Shared Services, the primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (ADP's EV5) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team: ADP Payroll and HWSE, PeopleFluent Talent Management system. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists in ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain system tables. Document process and results. Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (eg payroll). Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 3-5
years of HRIS experience. Project management experience. System implementation experience a plus. Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures. Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with ADP EV5 or PeopleSoft. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
