Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing orders and interfacing with Marian sales and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery to our customers. Duties include:
Data entry of customer's purchase orders into our ERP system
Managing email and phone inquires from our customers
Interfacing with sales & manufacturing teams to expedite orders, pull in raw materials
Processing requests for quotes (starting the process and handing off to our estimating team)
Working with QC team to communicate any issues back to our customers
Keeping our customers up to date on the status of the orders
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and web-based order processing systems. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
