Production Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for insuring compliance and safe work practices of all Production associates.
Responsible for reporting food safety issues to Management and using authority to initiate action.
Effectively uses action plans and commitment date system to deliver results.
Drives leadership development activities within department.
Coach's production team and shift leaders to ensure compliancewith all federal and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
Drives safety initiatives, including implementation of START.
Ensures strong process quality focus within the team.
Drives reliability improvements.
Seeks to reduce material and component scrap.
Actively manages the department operating budget.
Member of site leadership team.
Coordinate efforts with Talent Manager regarding issues relating to staffing, interviewing, discipline, associate relations, in atimely manner for resolution.
Ensures products are in accordance with, or exceeds customer specified requirements.
Ensures that BOS, including Operational Procedures and high standards forWorkmanship, are maintained at all times.
Resolves machinery and quality problems in the production area.
Coordinates and executes Leadership Team meetings within department.
Conducts and coordinates all levels of production training.
Coordinate and review production maintenance schedules.
Responsible for consistent compliance by production associates to all site and company safety rules as well as anyregulatory standards.
Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
Skills/QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent Manufacturing experience.

)Strong ability to make decision independently, based on appropriate analysis of facts, records and data.
Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the businesscommunity.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, as well as effectively towards associates.
Ability to work with financial or accounting concepts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
