Associate Adhesive Formulator

Position Summary

This position will load different product ingredients together and later mix them. It will include both wet and dry blends.


80% of the time you will: need to have the ability to run all mixing equipment as required.

10% of the time you will: Work with chemist to load exact amounts of chemicals together which will require the ability to read, write and add accurately.

10% of the time you will: Drive forklift and be required lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Regular attendance is essential for this position.


High School Diploma or GED required

Valid Drivers License required

One year manufacturing environment experience required

Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Language: Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English at a minimum of 6th grade level

Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

Work Status and Location

This full-time, non-exempt position is located in West Chicago, IL.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
