Production Supervisor - Bilingual

SUMMARY: The production supervisor has the responsibility of managing the day-to-day activities of all associates assigned to their department. The supervisor will provide direction and communicate the daily objectives to the associates and ensure the work performed is within the company's safety and quality guidelines while hitting the production targets. The supervisor will use the quality system (IATF16949), 5S, process improvements and lean manufacturing activities to drive daily improvements in safety, quality and productivity.

Administration and enforcement of company policies

Bachelors Degree Desired
Five plus years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
Must bi-lingual English and Spanish
Fork lift operation/experience

Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
